Towarzystwo Inwestycyjne CONSTRUCTION Sp. z o.o. was established in 1991 to combine the experience of a group of private entrepreneurs. For many years, the Company has developed its business on the construction market of the Pomeranian Region.
Our Company has held the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate within construction work since 2001 granted by Biuro Certyfikacji Polskiego Rejestru Statków (Certification Office of the Polish Ship Register). The quality aims of the Company are achieved with continuous improvements of the quality system, keeping lower prices and higher quality than those of our competitors, motivating our workers to identify with the Company and the reliable performance of their duties. The key achievement of our Company was the construction of the Liquid Chemicals Reloading Base at the Danish Quay in the Port of Gdynia in 2003/2004 ordered by Morski Terminal Masowy Gdynia Sp. z o.o. This project is the only such an automated and environmentally-friendly transshipping system in this part of the Baltic Sea, which serves import and export of chemicals in the rail-ships side relation. Other interesting projects included Aluminium Oxide Reloading Base at the Dutch Quay ordered by Zarzšd Portu Gdynia S.A. and Rice Reloading Base at the Indian Quay ordered by Przedsiębiorstwo Rol-Ryż Sp. z o.o. Both investments were completed in 2006-2007 at the Port of Gdynia.
