Zarząd Morskiego portu Gdynia S.A. informs that the company Towarzystwo Inwestycyjne CONSTRUCTION Sp. z o. o., in the period from 12.2004 - 07.2005, an investment called "Modernization of the warehouse building no. 8 located at ul. Rotterdamska 4 in Gdynia ".

The scope of the above-mentioned works included:

- reinforcement of steel structures,

- facade works, injection and fumigation,

- replacement of windows, doors and gates,

- anti-corrosion works of steel structures

- fire protection,

- assembly of mechanical ventilation, plumbing and central heating,

- replacement of electrical and teletechnical installations,

- industrial floor replacement

The volume of the modernized building was approx. 56,000.0 m³, usable area 9,500 m².

All the above-mentioned works were performed in a timely and faultless manner at a high quality level.
